Ok
Liked: The lady that checked me in helped me carry all my stuff up to my room . That you allowed pets so I get on my little dog with me. only a couple of the staff members were friendly. The rest weren’t friendly.
Disliked: The lady that checked me in check somebody else into my room before I got there because she didn’t pay attention to the name on the ID and the name on the reservation. So I was stuck on the third floor instead of the first floor and I had a bad knee The outlets in the room didn’t work except for one the bed was uncomfortable, the blankets and sheets weren’t very clean, the floor was gross. I left my charger in there, and nobody called to let me know The breakfast there needs to be more of a variety of food. The syrup for the waffles was disgusting.

I will never stay at...
Liked: The only good things were the comfortable beds.
Disliked: Where to start. I’ll make it short. The tv didn’t work properly and staff didn’t know what to do. The breakfast room ran out of coffee cups halfway thru breakfast. Housekeeping doesn’t clean rooms unless you specifically ask but this was not told to me when I checked in. There was food left in the microwave from a previous tenant. And the toilet clogged up at 10 pm and staff couldn’t find a plunger, so we had no toilet from 10 pm until 10 am when we checked out.

Bad
Disliked: Beds were worn out and terribly uncomfortable. Toenail clippings on the floor, stains on the carpeting. I asked for extra pillows, but didn't get them. Staff/owner was inflexible. Had to leave early due to a family emergency but they would not refund the night I was not able to stay.

Horrible! Dirty room, waited to...
Liked: The clerk at the desk was nice.
Disliked: I checked in at 2:30 - the key/lock in the first room I was given did not work. The manager reassigned me to a new room but said it hadn’t been cleaned yet and she would send the housekeepers to it right away. We took our bags up to the room and dropped them off. The room stunk - we opened the window before leaving in the hopes of airing it out. We left and did some shopping picking up Lysol and going out to eat. We returned 6 hours later and discovered our room hadn’t been touched - still dirty, still smelled, the sheets for one bed were piled on the floor. I went to the desk and the clerk said she was the only person there and would add us to her list as 2 other rooms needed to be cleaned. Clerk said she had been trying to get ahold of manager but there was no response. After about 30 minutes, the clerk said the manager was on her way in. Just before she arrived, a man came to check for 2 rooms. The clerk only found one. The manager came in, looked into the room shortage, only found one room and was rude to the man. I asked for a refund for my stay as I didn’t want to stay there and had now been waiting over 7 1/2 hours for a clean room. I said this man could have my room. She was then rude to me and didn’t want to give a refund. During our conversation, she decided to give refund. She said it would take a week and would ensure it was processed as she couldn’t do it and asked for keys. I said no keys until I get something in writing. First she started with a sticky note then moved to the computer and gave me a print out of refund. I waited for refund to appear but it never did. I contacted the customer service at Wyndham and they assisted but it took 2 tried. They reached out to the manager who told them it was charged, refunded and then recharged. They would do a refund. After waiting beyond the required processing time, the refund was not received nor was anything pending.

Terrible
Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: We got a room that was smaller than we booked for. We arrived after mid night and was offered our money to go and look for another hotel when they knew the town was fully booked due to an SDA conference that had ended earlier than planned. Terrible experience where the Manager never got back to us.

Not worth what I paid.
Disliked: The room that I stayed in needed basic repairs and there was no TV in my room. The door locking mechanism was broken and missing.
