Disliked: It needs a lot of updating! This was our anniversary date and when we went to have a hot bath together there was not hot water for 2 hours. The fireplace in the room had no heat coming out of it. The heater fan turns on and off every 30 secs and it was loud making it hard to sleep.

Disliked: Spa bath in the first room didn't work. The staff was quick to help and got us similar room right away.

Disliked: Got lots of emails to book a spa experience.Girlfriend went up to front desk... was told closed for about a month..I told them I was disappointed on Sun check-out and was told the lady was not available for a few days..Which story is true..Extremely noisey heater in the room.. run for 10 mins shut off then start again 5 mins later.. neither of us slept very good.. told them at front desk.. sorry but that is the way they are...not acceptable...Continental breakfast... there was none... we were given a couple muffins and juice boxes when we got there.. crazy...??I could go on... but just a waste of time..I would love to see a refund of some sort... but I know that will never happen

Liked: Room was spacious and good location for our little dog
Disliked: No mats in entry way, especially for time of year (winter). Also our jetted tub did not work. Reported this but advised they had nobody to re-set it?
