Good value for the money
Liked: The room was mostly clean, the tub looked like it had been repainted & was peeling though. The bed was comfortable, and the sitting area was nice to have. The location was perfect! So close to walk to the beach.
Disliked: The breakfast was non existent, but we had no expectations. There were some bugs in the room but not an infestation. The bathroom tub was peeling.

Good location--offensively pathetic "breakfast"
Liked: The clerk was initially brusque when I arrived before official check in, but I understood it's not good to work on Xmas Day. We talked, she relented, and we had a good chat about Xmas, life, and everything.My room was excellent--spacious, clean, and comfortable.
Disliked: Despite the great location, I wish there had been an actual sidewalk to the seawall and beach. The path that almost every guest must surely take to get there was muddy, narrow, and felt very exposed to traffic. I chose this place in part because of the included breakfast--which turned out to be coffee, juice, and pathetic little muffins. I was shocked and unhappy. Comparable hotels at least offer waffles, toast, cereal, some form of eggs, yogurt, etc. I had to spend $11 at Waffle House to get a basic breakfast, which I hadn't factored into my budget. Because of this alone, I would never stay here again. The turn into the hotel, which is set back from the road, isn't well marked and I missed it the first time. It looks like you're going to a Waffle House.
