OK, For One night!
Liked: The room was big and the ADA bathroom was large with dual shower heads.
Disliked: There was NO Radio/Alarm clock in the room and when I asked for a Wake-UP call it NEVER came! The room had an over powering smell of cleaning solution throughout which to me said 'What are they hiding?" The property is hidden behind the Waffle House making departing the property interesting due to the front parking lot was overflowing with customers for the restaurant.

Good value for the money
Liked: The room was mostly clean, the tub looked like it had been repainted & was peeling though. The bed was comfortable, and the sitting area was nice to have. The location was perfect! So close to walk to the beach.
Disliked: The breakfast was non existent, but we had no expectations. There were some bugs in the room but not an infestation. The bathroom tub was peeling.
