Liked: The room was decent, the a/c worked very well. The room was clean, and towels were clean
Disliked: My daughter got ate up by some kind of bug. (It was bed bugs)Neighbors waited till 3 or 4 A.M. to fight and be loud (this is the second time this has happened. My last stay someone was fighting.WiFi didn't work. Asked for a wake up call and all we got was a "ding". Glad we were already awake

Liked: The staff on ar6were great,unfortunately the one member of staff in the morning was very uninterested he job and was rude
Disliked: The member of staff needs to learn some customer skills

Disliked: Well let's start with the mold smell... And the broken a/c unit in the room. Then there were the loud ass bikers that had no regard for anyone else cause at midnight thru 3am it was too loud to sleep. All weekend. Then we can move to the breakfast that consisted of cheep mini muffins one flavor and OJ that's it.. so disappointed ☹️.
