Disappointing

Disliked: No room cleaning was provided. Poorly maintained property. Signage was confusing and misleading - all signage visible from the road identifies as a different hotel.

Liked: It was clean and quiet. No unusual smells. The breakfast had a good assortment of items available, including a waffle maker, yogurt and fresh fruit.
Disliked: The area for the continental breakfast was a little small.

Liked: It was close to my daughters house.
Disliked: There was hardly any staff available at the desk during my stay. I had signed up for a handicapped room which wasn't available when I got there. I am fully disabled and t hey tried to put me on the second floor with no elevator. The phone in my room didn't work and a replacement phone didn't work. Also the toilet got clogged up the first night I was there. I won't ever stay there again.

Excellent room, excellent staff, excellent...

Liked: The lovely lady at check-in is super-friendly. My request for a 1st floor room was granted on both stays, and my room was close to my car for easy moving of my stuff. In-room amenities were all excellent.
Disliked: The deck area is nice, but needs an updated look.
