Disliked: I told them I was handicapped, and in a wheelchair, they said they would try to accommodate. The room was too small to get the wheelchair into the room. We had to move furniture to get the wheelchair in far enough to close the door to access the bathroom. When I went to shower it was not handicapped accessible, no shower chair, no grab rails, I literally had to sit on the floor of the shower to bathe myself, crawled out to the sink to pull myself up, to get to my chair outside of the bathroom. In the future if you do not have an ADA room available, say so, so we can look elsewhere. I asked the desk if they just had a plastic lawn chair we could use, so my lady friend, who has a bad knee with operation scheduled, could shower they said NO. So she did not shower!

Disliked: Didn't care for the fast breakfast or the no elevator.Lighting in room was terrible

Liked: Very close to restaurants and shopping
Disliked: Saw a couple roaches in the room!! and hair in bathroom, breakfast was only waffles and yogurt.
