Front Desk needs CUSTOMER SERVICE...

Liked: I liked that the pillows were comfortable and the motel was quiet.
Disliked: I liked that the pillows were comfortable but the front desk lady was very rude when I called back with an issue. She must be rich because she was rude to me when I was asking her about the hold coming off my card. She literally was about to hang up on my face. If you don't want to deal with customers questions, then move to the back!!!!

Bad.

Disliked: Room dirty. Spa tub dirty. Lil Debbie snack cakes for breakfast. Drunks outside. Door left open to empty room next to us, which had people wandering in and out all night.
