If you think you are getting a deal because you see breakfast, do not get a room for that.

Liked: Room was a good size and clean; staff was very nice.
Disliked: Pool was very cold and the breakfast - wow, what do I say but not what I was expecting - they said waffles and I never thought frozen - bland and very disappointing.

Great location near downtown Fruita...

Liked: Good location a 2 minute drive from downtown Fruita with multiple restaurants walking distance away. Beds were comfortable with soft pillows. Room was quiet and clean. Well lit parking. Staff were friendly
Disliked: The only very minor issue we noted was that the linoleum floor in the bathroom was very slippery (recently waxed? Not sure). We had no complaints.

Great Option for an Overnighter...

Liked: This was my second or third time staying here. I often grab a room in Fruita with my dog so we can hike in Devil's Canyon on our way to Moab. Check in is easy, the staff is friendly, there is plenty of space around the property for the pup to sniff and potty, and there are food and coffee options within walking distance. It's only a short drive across the highway to downtown. In general, it's a good option for an overnight in Fruita.

Liked: This has to be the BEST Super8 we stay at. The staff is always friendy, rooms are clean and comfortabe and the breakfast is just what you need in the morning!
Disliked: There was nothing that disappointed.

Liked: Breakfast was fine. It was easy to find.
Disliked: Bed bugs in room 114

This is a decent, affordable...

Liked: The location was very convenient, as it was close to the highway (I-70) as well as downtown Fruita and Colorado National Monument. There were plenty of food options very close to the hotel, as well. The room was clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful (during check in/out, when asking about using the pool, and to remedy a key card issue). Breakfast was very basic, but it had the staples that you would expect for a free, included breakfast (yogurt, coffee, cereal, toast). Plenty of parking around all the entrances to the building. The kids liked the pool and hot tub, and the area was clean and tidy.
Disliked: The mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable, and while the room was very clean (bedding was clean, towels and bathroom were great), the carpet in the room was stained and seems like it needs replacing. Both my key cards stopped working after the first day, which made for a frustrating re-entry when we got home late that night (although the person at the font counter was quick to get them reactivated and on our way,).
