Liked: Cant tell. We get there after booking the room on Booking.com and find out they were already full. So their was no rooms available. Hopefully I didn't get charged.
Disliked: Driving home 2 hours after finding out they were all booked up. No rooms

Liked: Breakfast was fair. Room floors and cabinets not cleaned of waffle mix.Beds were clean and comfortable.Roses outside were beautiful.
Disliked: ACigarette butts scattered by door by nearest outside entrance to room. Room had a funky odor and carpets stained. Killed four bugs ? Cockroaches in room.Would not re commend anyone goes near this place.

Liked: Absolutely nothing at all! Except The gentleman that checked us in the first day that works upfront for a measly only $12 an hour who also lives there and is pretty much stuck there because he’s from a different country and moved here to get a better job in life and more money for his family yet he is pretty much stuck there as a prisoner because he works there too. Literally pay for a place to live. he works over 60 hours a week and yet by far went above and beyond for me and my husband . We just moved to the area and relocated, and he was more accommodating, genuine and helpful, and actually had a heart and cared for us. The manager and GM manager is what they like to call. Themselves are far from a manager and a GM manager and they should be terminated of representing that hotel and Fairfield next-door to the hotel. I have never once been so mistreated and given such cold customer service for issues that were their fault such as overpriced not able to give back a full refund, not able to provide an actual full breakfast as advertised the rooms are far from nice nor clean. The first room we were to be booked in smelled so bad of musty old damp grossness. We got moved to other one .The only thing that was nice was the poor gentleman who is stuck there at $12 an hour because he lives there
Disliked: I could write a novel, and I have pictures to back it up. The breakfast is nothing as advertised. You might be lucky to get one item off of what they are to serve. There’s no Juice no coffee might get some milk and cereal . Supposed to have waffles & biscuits and gravy . And if there is anything available it’s for maybe within half hour of the total advertised breakfast time. The carpet is stained , dirty , old, gross and never been replaced since the building was built actually, in fact, the unprofessional, rude unaccommodating manager told us it was the oldest hotel in town and for sure you can definitely tell. There’s so many issues with the building itself inside and out that have to be against city code, and enough for the place to be shut down. They are understaffed and the staff that do work there, unfortunately are so underpaid yet deserve so much more considering the amount of work they put in trying to do the best with what they can there at that establishment because they do live there as well. So they work for $$12/hr and to live there . Heartbreaking to see actually . The manager who does work there we talked to couple times and she was very unprofessional and in no way how a manager should represent a company nor treat their employees nor TALK about their staff to hotel guests. Was charged $110 with a tax for ONE day and manager would not refund us the correct amount nor try to make it right on the rate correction . This place is worth $10/night & the GM of super 8 is also the manager of Fairfield by Marriott right next door which is an absolute nightmare day difference of appearance of price on rooms. I took my frustrations and concerns over to the general manager, who was working at the Fairfield right next-door at the time and explained our issues and complaints and also advised her of the wrong things the manager below her was doing at the super eight and how that manager treated the employees over there.

Disliked: I asked for assistance several times to help in the operation of the TV but received none. No coffee available on Sunday morning in the breakfast room. No smiles from the staff.

Not a good stay

Disliked: Booked a handicap assessable.. was not!! No refrigerator. Charging port and clock did not work. Room very dark (one lamp for whole room). Would never go back or recommend.

Liked: Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I would give it negative 10 stars. Toilet was broke, AC didn’t work, trash left in room from previous guest. Moldy musty smell. Just awful.
