Liked: We had 2 Queen beds. One bed had an obvious hole/slump in the mattress. It should be discarded.Nice staff, everything is ridiculously expensive in Fredericksburg. Great location for walking around downtown.

I would stay there again.

Liked: It’s a work in progress. They are doing some renovations and I’m ok with that ,,,
Disliked: The steps going upstairs were a little rough to walk on do to needing a makeover but I’m sure they’ll get around to repairing them as well.

Liked: When we walked in the room, it was warm like the air hadn’t been on, and it smelled like a greasy man in the room. Some of the outlets look like they were about to fall out of the wall. I called the front desk and asked for 4 extra pillows and he said they were on back order that he didn’t have enough, he was able to bring me two extra pillows.The blow dryer would not “clip” into the holder on the wall & kept falling off into the sink. The last day the blow dryer completely stopped working, even after unplugging it and plugging it back in and resetting the trip.The tub was literally peeling, almost the entire bottom of the tub and the side of the tub. The toilet wasn’t stable, every time we used it, it moved. The hook on the back of the bathroom door to hang a robe was falling off.You had to shove the bathroom door for it to close all the way completely.There was leftover food in the refrigerator when we arrived and the refrigerator smelled like stale food.
