Disliked: They canceled my reservation, even though I selected pay at property, very unprofessional

Disliked: The cleanliness of the room was terrible, as I went into the room and I took a look around and it was still dirty. It had dirty sheets a dirty bathroom and I returned my keys to the front desk. Oh guess, what I was still charged for my stay and I am still having to deal with getting a refund.
