Disliked: When I booked my room the bill said $438.30 but when I checked out the bill was $473.24 with no explanation, not happy

Liked: Very nice staff throughout our stay. Very clean and comfortable room. Quiet setting was so appreciated for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was great with lots of choices & good coffee. Great steakhouse right next door with delicious food & they gave us a 10% discount for staying at Super 8.
Disliked: Parking is very limited & tight. Industrial area. Homeless people were sleeping in tents behind the hotels property close to the parking lot.

Liked: Good location. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Part of why we chose your hotel was to be able to use the pool. It would be great if patrons were notified in advance (when possible) that it will not be available. Obviously unexpected things happen sometimes that are out of your control. But this seemed to be a major renovation that would have been planned in advance.
