Mixed feelings - Amenities were...

Liked: Loved the amenities, the staff seemed very professional and definitely tried to help, the breakfast was a nice added touch, beds were comfy, rooms were clean, house keeping kept up with daily cleans and even asked if we needed additional soaps. Check in agent offered to keep pool open extra time for us as we were late do to mix up in payment
Disliked: I was double charged for the room - I'm not certain if this was a mistake on the property's end or booking.com but my issue was never resolved and iv yet to receive any compensation to my credit card. The front desk attendant recommended us to cancel the reservation but that meant the room would go up in price. Initial room was not what I had booked as it was only 1 bed so after an hr of trying to deal with the double payment I now had the wrong room. The key cards kept deactivating which caused a hassle. It took 2 hrs to get checked in because of mess ups.

Amazing Staff

Liked: The front staff lady was amazing. So friendly, polite and kind. She gave us an upgrade to a family suite but she was amazing before that.
Disliked: We loved everything.

Liked: Seemed really quiet, it had ac, lots of hot water to shower/shave. Clean towels. Had decent size room. Friendly staff. Looked like a nice pool, didn't have time to enjoy it however. Easy to find. Close to highway for convenient commuting. All basic essentials Were covered.
