Liked: Room was clean and spacious.
Disliked: Check in was confusing. He didn't look for my booking or was confused about there being two Smith's booked. He charged me for my daughter's booking. Then when she went to pay for her booking he realized his mistake. And I had to give my key to her and he then gave me the key for my booking. However when I looked it said we didn't show up and my booking was cancelled. We were there and paid for both days. Also beds were uncomfortable, too hard.

Liked: The room was nice. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The location of the room. I did not request first floor accommodation when making reservation. Upon check-in, I asked for this and was told they could not give us a room on first floor. The hotel did not appear filled up, so I feel our request should have been honored. I will know next time to request room locale!!
