Liked: So clean and quite

An OK hotel on a...

Liked: The good: * Staff, which were wonderful, went out of their way to assist me with an accessible room on arrival.* Room was clean, but also felt worn and a bit dated.* Bed was ok, but again, felt like it was near its expiration date.* This hotel accepts pets ($25.00/pet/night for our visit). Many others in the area do not.* Conveniently located to several decent restaurant choices and worthwhile visits such as Russian Gulch State Park, Point Cabrillo Light Station, and Glass Beach.
Disliked: The not so good:* Facility as a whole could use some inside and outside "sprucing up".* "American breakfast" should be, more accurately, "morning snack". Coffee was ok, bagels could not be toasted (no toaster), some morning snacks, bulk cereals, and a small selection of fruit sort of felt less than an "American breakfast". I feel just a few other items would make the morning so much better.

Liked: Room was clean, comfortable and nice
Disliked: The breakfast was horrible. Only one kind of dry cereal which was cocoa rice cereal which did not include cereal without a sugar topping. Only one dry cereal was available. Apples and or bananas would of been nice. what was available was very limited.It really left something to be desired. american breakfast, not hardly.

Disliked: We came into town early and needed to check in early and they wanted to charge us extra when our room was already ready as an employee told us that and was asked for a little late check out due to car trouble and we offered to pay extra and we were told no even though we had our small children with us
