Good stay, bad breakfast service

Liked: The beds were comfortable, the shower had a good water pression, and the bathroom had a good plumbing system. The fridge and the microwave were working perfectly as well as the heat.
Disliked: When I booked this property, it said that the breakfast was included, but the only thing they had was coffee or tea, nothing else, which was definitely not what was promised. I've stayed in this chain before, and I like the kind of breakfast they have, so this was a disappointment.

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: Very disappointing. The location was inconvenient to get to from I85. The advertised breakfast on the boking site was nonexistent. When asked the morning desk clerk responded "we have coffee". The phone in the room did not work and there was no signal on the tv.
