Disappointing

Will never stay here again.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The key wouldn't work at first and took about 5 minutes to get into the room. The room smelled musty, there were only two towels, no wash cloths, no hand towels, there were only 3 pillows, the bathroom had major damage in the tub that had been patched with what looked like calking, the toilet paper holder was broken, and the alarm clock was going off when we got there, and after turning it off the time didn't display. The over all cleanliness was less than acceptable, if we were not so tired from driving for 8 hours we would have requested a refund and went somewhere else.

It was a nice hotel....

Disliked: I thought there would be more breakfast choices.

The motel is seedy and...

Liked: The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: The location was seedy, and I didn't feel safe leaving anything in my car overnight. The room keys didn't work, and I had to return to the front desk to get a replacement key (which also only worked intermittently). The owners really need to replace the room keys and/or key readers because one of them isn't working correctly.

Disliked: Pool was closed. Breakfast was cold cereal. People knocking on our door all night long. Bed was cold and hard.

Liked: I didn’t like anything about that super 8Needs better houspitality Hospitality needs maintenance n fixing! I got bits from the , might be bad bugs!
Disliked: The tub was filling up with water the tub looked dirty the floor was dirty, towels were yellow. I got bites from the bedding might have been bed bugs… the pillow were dirty n flat!

Have a new reference point...

Liked: The staff was nice on check in and check out. There was some oatmeal packets and hot water for breakfast so was able to eat a hot meal.
Disliked: The room was very dirty. Pink mildew and black mold in the bathtub. Bathroom ceiling was molding. Some electrical plates were hanging off because they were velcroed on - yes with velcro. The shower curtain was dirty with stains. Stains on the bed sheets. The bed was very rough a simple piece of foam would have worked better.There were lots of wall fixes with spackle slapped on but nothing else. Lamps didn’t work. Light at the door flickered so ended up turning it off.Hot water was inconsistent. And the room had a heavy chemical smell - singed the nose when entering the room.I was expecting a 2 star hotel with minimum amenities and ended up staying in something like a dorm room that hadn’t been cleaned in months. That level of dirty takes a while to build up. The pink mildew in the tub shows the tub hadn’t been cleaned for a long time.
