Liked: I don’t think the front dest staff really trained . My room was sold to another guest 2 hours after I checked in. And the guest just opened my door while we were resting. I sent him to the front dest.. He came back with an Indian looking young gentleman,. Without self introduction, he demanded our ID. The staff did not know how to address his guests. What was worse, the room was bed bug infested. We reported to the front office and showed her the photos of the bed bugs. Ironically, she didn’t seem care about it and simply asked us “ what do you want”. This kind of lodge is hard to find in a third world country. Wyndham should do something seriously to improve it.

Very disappointing.

Liked: We did not have breakfast. Location was good.
Disliked: There was no bath towels in the room and no kleenex. There was one wash cloth and one hand towel.

Disliked: No pool when the website says the pool is open and it's the reason I booked it

Liked: I liked that I did not have to sleep outside this cold February night. I only stayed here because there was nothing else in the area available. I already had the feeling this place was going to be risky for my standards. The evening staff was fine upon check-in. The morning staff, I am pretty sure didn't want to hear anything I was saying about my room smelling like cigarettes, and that my toilet barely functions. They said sorry, but not sure anyone really cares. I brought my own to go cup and in the morning I took some of the coffee offered at breakfast, but I ended up dumping it out because it wasn't good.
Disliked: My non-smoking room smelled like someone chain smoked inside while doing drugs for days – with the window shut. I had to open the window in the evening and in the morning to deal with the stank odor. The bathroom smelled even more like cigs and the toilet was struggling to flush anything. The toilet is one use away from overflow. The location also felt slightly unsafe, but I was prepared being a single lady traveling alone.

Disliked: I have never in my life slept on a more uncomfortable mattress. The bed linen had holes and dingy. The white towels were dingy grey. The bathroom was a nightmare. Mildew, patched bathtub and walls. Very dirty feeling. The sink constantly dripped.
