It's Pathetic that you cannot...

Liked: I reserved a smoking room and received a confirmation , when I arrived just 6 hours later I was given a "No Smoking" room and told that there were no "Smoking" rooms available. So I cancelled my reservation and I stayed at another hotel.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that I went online to reserve a smoking room , found one available , made a reservation , received a confirmation notice that my room was reserved , and was then given a "Non Smoking Room" when I arrived as I was told that no "Smoking" rooms were available.

Dirty rooms

Liked: Unfortunately we needed a place that would accept our dog. Super 8 was very dirty! I wouldn’t even take a shower or lay on the sheets. We literally just got some sleep and got back on the road.
Disliked: The cleanliness

Wouldn’t stay there again.

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the towels were nice. Good water pressure.
Disliked: Woken in the middle of the night because someone in administration thought our toilet was leaking. It was actually the room above us. I think the people in the room next to us were living there. Lots of loud music from different sources at night.

Disliked: It was dirty, hair on the floor and in the shower! Needs to be remodeled or tore down! Cut marks all over the counter top!
