Screeching noses constantly from above...

Liked: Ummmm… no offense. It looks like a dump! Like homeless people use government money to get “housing” there. There were plenty of mothers of kids at UArk in town for moms weekend.
Disliked: It is dirty. You have one person working the desk and long lines of people waiting.No hot water on Saturday morning or Sunday morning. It would get hot again at night. The facility doesn’t have enough of a hot water heater to accommodate all of their guests and rooms is showering in the morning in close succession! Honestly this place is a DUMP!!!!!

Disliked: Housekeeping knocked at 9:45, unlocked and began entering the room before I had a chance to respond to the knock.
