Liked: It was a great location and the staff was VERY friendly.
Disliked: The first room literally looked like blood or something was splattered all over the wall. There was hair on a pillow and crumbs in the bed of the first room we were checked into. When we checked in, the woman told us they only had one room available. It was up 2 flights of stairs, and halfway down the hall. The whole place smelled bad. When I told the front desk about the room and asked about the refund policy, she came up to the room, looked around, and magically there was a room back down on the first floor. The ice machine was broken, there was no elevator. The windows didn’t lock, but there was a stick we could put in the window to keep someone from coming in during the night. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the staff was super friendly, but it was super sketchy and not what I would suggest for a mother traveling with her two children.

Liked: Zero, zilch, absolutely nothing! If the other hotels weren't all booked during State Golf Finals, we would've went somewhere else. We literally thought about sleeping in the car, it was that gross.
Disliked: STAINS on the sheets, we asked for all new bedding and re-made the bed. Room smells, carpet dirty, dust filled corners. Towels felt like sand paper and slightly larger than a hand towel. Sheets felt like sand paper. The complimentary toiletries by the sink (lotion, etc.), were not sealed and used. Those should be replaced for each guest. You have to get ice from front desk agent who gets it out if the freezer in back office. Only hot item for breakfast was gravy not that we were going to eat anything from that place anyways. Shady characters walking around halls, felt uncomfortable. Felt like I was stuck in a 1980's hotel that has never been cleaned. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Liked: The staff was nice and the bed was really comfortable. I slept so good!
Disliked: The room smelled like mold, so bad we went and got air fresheners. So bad. The ice machine didn’t work. The shower didn’t work. At all. After the smell and no ice, this was really the last straw. The hotel was very empty so I’m not sure why we were put in the smelly room with no shower. And that shower hasn’t worked in a long time, there’s no way management doesn’t know.
