Liked: Felt like that commercial; “well leave the light on for ya “. Don’t recall what chain used that phrase in commercials, but felt very welcomed here.

Even though they were remodeling...

Liked: It was close to where we wanted to be in proximity to shops, etc.
Disliked: Although they were remodeling it was messy. The room didn’t smell very good. Musty or something.

Passable

Liked: It was relaxing
Disliked: It was under construction so the lobby wasn't open and there was no breakfast in the mornings we had to order from door dash and the beds were uncomfortable

Liked: I walked out alive and no bed bugs
Disliked: Facility is in ruins (active construction), no functional lobby, trash from guests scattered across the hallways, room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Bed Bugs!?!?!

Liked: Absolutely NOTHING!
Disliked: Rude customer service at the front desk, dirty room smelled like feet soon as my family and i arrived. Not to mention the BED BUGS!?!?! My wife and daughter were bitten and have marks all over them. Absolute worst place to stay.

Disliked: They faked a photo of a cigarette butt in the toilet and charged $100 for smoking when we didn't smoke at all
