Liked: The first room I was assigned had lamps with no light bulbs so I had to go back to reception for a new room. The second room was filthy. Bed sheets seemed clean but it was clear that the carpet had not been vacuumed in many moons and there was dust and debris on every visible surface. It looks like they just wipe everything off in the bathroom, change the bed sheets and the rest is not important. I was tired and hungry and didn’t think another room would be any better so I just kept my clothes and socks on

Liked: the STAFF, the cleanliness of the entrance, the pool/hot tub area ...The ENGLISH speaking staff was sooooo helpful for myself AND my disABLED friend, She has Cerbal Palsy,,,sooo
Disliked: THE BATHROOM !!!!!!!! roaches ALIVE in the toilet, LONG BLACK hair IN the tub .....we DID NOT USE. THE ceiling exposed around the water of the bathroom made us very uncomforatable. The STEPS for my friend were STEEP from the room to the parking lot step.......and the HOT tub/pool area could USE a SKID PROOF mat AVAILABLE as so disABLED patrons can use without ridicle. :( she was soooo tearfully embarrassed. as she had to CRAWL from the hottub to a chair to gain her SAFETY footing.... she wept as she was soo embarrassed. The breakfast was toooooo limited and was easily crowded....and tbh we were shocked at the selection and such for such a busy wknd and a busy time of year. 55I would re book...but I will also be looking at other options. The room reaked of cigerettes and we BOTH struggled to get the "smell" out of the room, MAY BE due to smokers on steps outside of the room ......OH and PLEASE add a handicap ramp near the stairs.....some WALK a ramp not just for our wheelchair friends :) ----****

Liked: Spacious room and great location, not far from downtown. Despite the storm coming in, I am very pleased with my visit to Eureka Springs. Shout out to the front desk agent, Maria for being so caring and going through the process to see if I was able to get a credit for the last day since I wanted to check out 1 day early. Maria was patient and kind, and she was able to issue a full credit for the last day.I will be returning to this location for future visits to Eureka Springs because of Maria and the clean property.
