Our stay was hampered by...

Liked: We liked the breakfast facilities and area.We liked the tv channels.The beds were comfortable.The bathroom was clean.
Disliked: They didn’t attempt to clear the snow and ice from the front entrance. A bag of salt would have helped, we asked for a shoval to clear the snow ourselves but they didn’t have either.There was a big fist sized hole in the wall below the thermostat in the room my hisband & I were in (177) The door to the bathroom needed a new door handle on the inside. I got stuck in the bathroom as I couldn’t turn the handle to open the door.The easy chair in the room was filthy. They could have tried to clean it with upholstery cleaner, or it really needed replaced.We rented 2 rooms for two nights during a very bad snow storm on Black Friday, apparently they were expecting this storm but were ill prepared for to keep the front entrance safe for their guests. My son in law fell on the ice at the front door but luckily was not hurt.
