Liked: No dust! The front Desk person was very nice when checked in , it had an elevator, breakfast could be better!
Disliked: Both beds the sheets were dirty, asked for 2 clean sheets by phone and they only brought me one! , they had no iron in the room I asked for one but they said they didn't have any !

Disliked: The exploitation of booking.com.Booking exploited me and I am absolutely sure millions of users have the same experience.The cost of the room was $68.00 nightly and I paid for 3 nights. When the order was issued for me to return less than 30 minutes after I checked in, the hotel management saw the situation and gracefully elected to issue me a refund. But because I booked the room through booking.com, they recommended I reach out to them. Booking.com decided I had to pay a cancellation fee (which I agreed with). The confusion came when I spoke with the first agent who said the company was charging $105.00. The next person came on the phone and said the amount of the cancellation fee was $135. My regrettable experience was not with the facility, but with booking.com.Because of the enormous stress I experienced with booking.com, I decided to wave the three nights payment to booking.com as I have never endured such a difficult situation as I did with them.
