I I won't stay here...

Liked: I have stay at your hotel multiple times now and sadly this will be my last. before I even got there your staff call me twice trying to give away my room. When I get there after a very difficult drive as the roads conditions were horrible the check in process wasn't great. We were put on the top floor with a toddler and then the staff rang the room shortly after arrival saying we were to loud. Again a toddler on the very top floor probably not a very smart idea on your part . The table in room was dirty, the was hair in the tub that wasn't ours. We didn't even get to use the pool this time around cause its not open last enough. Breakfast was the same both day so no variety. When went out to following day and when we returned we were unable to get into our room, which this is not the first time its happened and is super frustrating especially with young kids and having to go back down get get cards fixed. It always seems to happen after cleaning crew have entered to room. when we get in our room we noticed that the cleaning crew threw all our items off one bed to the other bed to make the one bed. Im pretty sure that if we have personal belongings one the beds they aren't to be touched. We got a knock on our door as the lady across from us had returned to her room and was also unable to get in, this is clearly a big problem for you and you really should figure out a better plan to prevent it from happening in the future. My bed and pillows were comfortable but the other bed in the room was definitely not the same quality and the pillows were hard as a rock. Also spend the money for better quality shower heads
Disliked: The most frustrating part about the whole stay was constantly being locked out of her room and having to have her keys reset unacceptable there's no reason for that to happen also being told to be quiet because they put a toddler on the top floor.
