Liked: My daughter and I were in town for the Zach Bryan concert... I was very pleased with the friendly and helpful staff! Our room was very clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and easy.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent
Disliked: I see that renovations are being done which is why some of the mess.

Poor

Liked: The location is great
Disliked: Very dirty and run down, pool areas were rotting, bathroom drains were clogged, bedding was inadequate for the amount of people we paid for

This 2 star hotel beats...

Liked: Staff were friendly, the room was clean and the beds were well made and very comfortable.The breakfast staff continually cleaned and monitored the area restocking the variety of offered items (eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, toast, fruit, muffins, coffee, different fruit drinks).
Disliked: The facility was clean but was starting to show it was a little bit older - more noticeable in the grout around the tub. Aside from having some customers smoking just outside the entrance doors which I know is difficult to control - I can't think of anything else I didn't like.

Disliked: The hotel stated they were completing work on headborads between hours of 9-4. But we heard work start and it woke us up at 7:45- 8am so that was unfortunate as we were planning to sleep in until 9
