Liked: Easy check in. Bed was very comfortable. Front desk clerk did find me, a non-coffee drinker, a bottle of water. The TV worked!
Disliked: Mold in the bathroom. Complimentary breakfast was stale mini donuts. Coffee maker in the room, but no coffee was provided. Cigarette burns in bedspread of non-smoking room.

Liked: N/A; I found roaches throughout my room.
Disliked: Roaches throughout the room and obvious feeble attempts to address extensive infestation,e.g. 20 or 30 Roaches on glue traps behind the refrigerator. Enuff said....

Disliked: the room should be renovated.. i wouldn't book another room there..

Liked: Most of the staff was very kind and helpful, i particularly enjoyed the lady who had a ton of spooky season spirit, she offered to get me a different room when i was unhappy with the room i originally got
Disliked: Alex (i believe his name is) told me information that was adverse to info that i had gotten and asked about 3 times prior, told me that i would have to pay a fee that i was not made aware of neither booking, nor when i emailed, or when i checked in. i didnt have to pay the fee as far as im aware but its extremely poor business practice to lay this on someone 2 days into their stay. Ontop of that the room i was in had roaches, not just the small ones but big ones too and i am terrified of them

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: 1. The room smelled stale and musty. 2. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. 3. No room service (trash, fresh towels) 4. Shady characters hanging the hotel. 5. I expected continental breakfast as advertised. 6. The roach that walked in the bathroom when I was trying to shower.7. All of our clothing smelled stale and musty like the room when we left. 8. The light over the sink took like 5 mins to come on after you hit the switch. Who is maintaining this dump??This place will go down in history as the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Definitely overpriced and not worth more than $40/night. I'm just glad we made it out alive.
