Horrible. These people have no...
Liked: Not much. They did have breakfast every morning.
Disliked: The property staff clerks referred to disabled people as “those people”.. I asked what “those people” meant and they went further and said nursing home people. Refusing to extend the stay. I asked why and if any property was destroyed and the clerk said nothing bad has happened. I said they couldn’t do that and they said they could because they’re privately owned. I asked for superiors information, was given an email for manager that works midnights that wouldn’t be able to assist in this as checkout was 11am. She then hung up on me as I was mid sentence. I called Whyndam and asked if they were okay with one of the properties that is associated with them going against the ADA. Because they were about to have a lawsuit. They said they had a right to kick out anyone. They told me to hold the line and then they had the same person who hung up on me tell me it was a big mistake. Someone else has booked a stay in that room and they only has one handicapped accessible room, but not to worry- it looks like they already canceled and they could accommodate us for an extended stay for another night and probably even longer. Then told me to make sure to contrast the property manager and not Whyndam’s main office. Fast forward to the following day when Whyndam was off due to the holiday. The clerk, a male this time, said we weren’t able to extend the stay and when asked why he stated “people listen piss the bed. If they piss the bed, we have to buy a new mattress.” . When asked if anyone pees the bed, he said no. We stated he can’t do that. He said he could do whatever he wanted and for us to leave or he will have the cops remove us.We work for an agency that has disabilities. Billed was paid in full, nothing was ruined, one even had 24/7 care that we provided. Nothing was destroyed. The two members were kind and calm and thankful. This hotel discriminates against those with disabilities. We have filed a disabilities claim against Whyndam, but have not heard back.

Very good
Liked: I liked how responsive the front desk was to the pipe flooding the bathroom and how accommodating they were.
Disliked: I didn't like that the the sink pipe in the bathroom came off and flooded the room causing us to have to switch to a room that wasn't as nice but still fairly decent.
