It’s the worst hotel experience...

Liked: I’ve never been treated so rudely anywhere. The desk clerk acted as if my partner and I were his worst enemy. It’s unbelievable that someone could be so rude especially in a place of business.
Disliked: I may have been satisfied had the clerk been fired in front of me.
