Disliked: I didn't like having unclean bedding a dirty tub. There was lots of noise throughout the night in the hotel that wasn't dealt with by hotel staff. We couldn't use or sit in the chair in our room as it looked like someone's bodily fluids were on it. Just a terrible experience. Loud, dirty, smelly. I wouldn't recommend. Normally I book through Expedia and this time I decided to use you guys booking as recommend by a friend I'm hoping you have good conflict resolution because I'm not happy and believe I should be offered a discount or money back something. We didn't get rest our accommodations were not clean and loud not a good experience
