Disliked: Front desk- clerk was in a dirty shirt no shoes while a girl behind the counter was playing on a virtual reality headset. Room had hair from previous people, bed looked dirty, had one towel in the room.

What I expected from booking,...

Liked: I had flight land late, called in to front desk and let them know, they checked me in at 2am with no hassle.
Disliked: Breakfast is mainly coffee or juice & grab a snack

Disliked: First room we were in had bed bugs. I was put into a handicap room after that because my husband is handicap. We had to leave the room and hotel because the handicap room had black mold on the shower chair.

Liked: The towels and bed sheets were stained. There were several of us traveling together in 4 different rooms and all were the same. The rooms were all hot when we arrived and it took all night for them to cool off. We booked this hotel because of the location. Will not stay here again!
Disliked: Linens were all stained.
