Disliked: We arrived on Oct 11th 2024 around 5:pm. We went in and the man sitting behind the desk was literally the worst person who should be greeting new guests as they walk in, I personally said hi and the man looked me in the eye with no smile or greeting and said "NAME"? I told him my name and then all he did was pointed down the hall and said " 101 is right there" i asked how his day had been and he looked me in the eye and said nothing. My wife and I were shocked. The next morning the girl who was behind the desk smiled as we we to eat breakfast and said "good morning" if I would have been able to get my money back with out losing my 300.00 I paid for 2 nights stay and your hotel i would have done so in a second. It was unbelievable. I told the lady at the desk all about it the next morning and she apologized to us and said that never ever should have happened, then she apologized again on those two men behalf.

Decent stay

Liked: +The warm breakfast options including the egss, sausage and potatoes was really great!+The staff were friendly+The room and the premises were kept clean
Disliked: - The beds were really uncomfortable, as you could feel the spring under your back, and we got backpain from sleeping on the beds- If you are staying here for either the Tetons (75 min) or Yellowstone (almost 2h), it's still quite a drive to reach either of them. - We felt that for a basic stay with breakfast at a non-special location the price could be much lower.

Liked: I was very impressed with this hotel. It was not all that impressive looking in the online pictures but we really liked the room we were in. It was quite large, at least 50% bigger than most rooms we have stayed in at comparable rates. It was also very clean and my wife always appreciates that. It was raining and we did not get out much but Driggs seemed like a nice little farming town and very easy to get over the pass to visit the Tetons - much, much cheaper than Jackson Hole! I also spent time in the large, empty hot tub! Very filling free breakfast also! All in all a very nice experience and I would heartily recommend this hotel.
Disliked: There was nothing that we could find fault with.

Spacious rooms and comfy beds,...

Liked: The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. The location was good and the interior swimming pool was a very nice feature that we could enjoy even during exterior lower temperatures.
Disliked: The breakfast was not that great and the overall costs were considerably higher than other similar stays, definitely something I could point out as less good.
