Disappointing

Have good stay

Liked: I was visiting this property second time the price was comfortable and the room was real nice. The front desk person and the Brekfast person was good.i will like to stay again
Disliked: Front desk guy was real friendly

Will never stay at a...

Liked: Location was fine.
Disliked: Torn holey sheets & blanket, water damaged ceiling above bed, towels were ragged/worn, moldy seat in shower and smelled musty.

Now I know where not...

Liked: At 9:30, there wasn't one.
Disliked: Free Wi-Fi was advertised. It wasn't.

Alright but staff could have been better

Liked: The location was great between the caves and larger cities.
Disliked: Staff refused to give reciept or copy of sign in after stay. Even after explaining it was for my banking purposes they didn't understand what I was saying and refused to give a valid reason as to why I could not have a reciept.
