Disappointing

Liked: Location as to where I needed to be in Denton
Disliked: Bathroom sink dirty, saw at least two roaches in the room. Toilet was not refilling after a flush.Room keys failed to open door at least twice.Breakfast was terrible, extremely limited options.

Very good

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The smell of Marijuana on the grounds first thing in the morning and evening when we went to our car back parking lot by pool where our room was...room 101.

Liked: Breakfast was acceptable. Orange didn't taste like OJ. Took a bit of time to figure out the rotating waffle iron as the text didn't show very well and was small... The plastic silverware was no goo when trying to cut the waffle into smaller pieces to consume.
Disliked: The overwhelming smell of smoke in the bedroom & bath, even though the room was supposed to be non-smoking.

Probably wouldn't stay again.

Liked: Breakfast was ok. The hotel is hard to get to, but loved having Rudy's BBQ next door!
Disliked: both nights a group of men gathered in the parking lot, playing loud music, drinking beer, and urinating on the fence in full view of the windows. It made us feel unsafe.

Liked: Staff was nice. Bed was comfortable. Location to other important places is great. Price was perfect for the purpose of my trip
Disliked: Too many guys hanging out in the parking lot drinking beer and leaning on and sitting on my car on several occasions. Room cards were not working properly. It was a struggle to get into my room on 5 different occasions.
