We left, did not stay.

Liked: Requested VA Discount- they did not honor… Not safe - both locks on doors broken. Hair on bed - requested non smoking - BAD smoke smell in room. Requested refund - did not stay. Did not receive reversal of charges or reimbursement.
Disliked: Nothing - terrible.

Disliked: No extra lock on the door, space between the door & jam ( you could see inside the room),Sheets were stained, bedspread was stained, old carpet in halls, old furniture, overall needs a face lift & attention to detail. Expected more from a Wyndham property

Outside of close proximity to...

Liked: Location as to where I needed to be in Denton
Disliked: Bathroom sink dirty, saw at least two roaches in the room. Toilet was not refilling after a flush.Room keys failed to open door at least twice.Breakfast was terrible, extremely limited options.
