Liked: Breakfast was pretty good.
Disliked: It was very old and needed updating. Carpets were nasty; stains all over the chairs; bedding had burn holes in them. Would never stay there again. Way overpriced!

Disappointing
Liked: Location was good for where I needed to be.
Disliked: They seem to be refreshing the property with paint but the building looks run down. Interior of the room was much nicer than the exterior. Check-in and staff were not very friendly. "Lobby" where you check in is not inviting whatsoever. Walls are paper thin and you can hear and feel everything.

Conveniently located motel with reasonable...
Liked: Breakfast was pretty much non-existent. Hotel was extremely convenient to downtown; only 5 blocks so walkable and felt safe. Property seems to have been updated.
Disliked: A little fruit and juice or something for breakfast. After I arrived at home, I noticed I had left a set of very nice Columbia base layer in one of the drawers at motel. When I checked it had NOT been turned in. I did not get the impression that the clerk who answered really cared or would double check for me. Although it was my fault, seemed a little iffy.
