Disliked: The staff questions my papers on my service dog! That’s federal and illegal! The mean mugging from cleaners!

Disliked: The rooms smelled funny, weren't properly cleaned, the lady at the front desk wasn't helpful, checking in was four hours passed check in time, breakfast was disgusting, the bathroom had someone else's hair still all over it as well as a crusty toenail laying on the side of tub. The microwave still had greasy hand prints on it. Gross! It's very outdated in the rooms, lobby will fool you.
