Liked: The room was pretty spacious.
Disliked: A particular staff member was so rude. The Indian gentlemen at the front desk was so distasteful and at one point hung up on me before I had finished my sentence. I think I would've enjoyed my stay more had it not been for him. I will probably be sticking to IHG hotels as they treat their reward members better.

Disliked: Dont spend your money at this at this hotel warning you will be disappointed.racist lobby manager when me and daughter arrived he gave use a room on left side .Immediately entering the left side of the building was filthy. It looked like a crack house people hanging in the hallways. The walls were filthy. The carpet was filthy. I knew the room was even gonna be worse when we entered the room. It was more of a disappointment the only thing that looked kept was the bed . The floor was filthy. The tub was nasty and stained. The walls were filthy, and the room reeked of stank.we went to the manager and told him that we could not stay in the room. He immediately gave us a room on the right side of the building. It was bearable, but still uncomfortable. The water would not get hot for a shower around 1 AM in the morning all power went off until 5am .I asked to speak to the owner of the manager to be compensated for my day of missing work remotely no response. I was just told to email the manager or the owner and he will respond. Let’s see.

Disliked: Keeping deposit over gar guts and accuse of smoking in the room. Difference with rolling then smoking

Nice staff but not helpful....

Disliked: Hot water didn’t work in the shower but the sink water was hot. Noise coming from the heater.
