There was a lot of late night traffic.

Liked: Inexpensive room for sleeping hours only.
Disliked: Non-smoking room smelt like smoke.

Awful stay - came to Dallas for a concert - chose this hotel because it was close to the venue and because it had a pool. Showed up to find an empty pool and was told it would be ready for swimming the next day - wrong. The rooms were not very clean; broken lock on the door; sketchy television. We decided to look at other rooms, only to find they weren't any better than what we had, so since we had our things already out we decided to stay. The beds were so uncomfortable I could hardly get any sleep. The beds didn't have a fitted sheet on them but a top sheet over what looked to me like a thin wool blanket with hair on it - it was disgusting. Called the front desk about this, thinking it would be taken care of by housekeeping and we left. Upon our return we found nothing had changed and housekeeping had left for the day. There was nothing positive about this hotel or our stay there. After complaints to the manager I requested at least one day refunded back to me, which of course was denied, after telling me if I wasn't satisfied I should've changed rooms - more excuses etc. Don't go to this hotel expecting a good experience - you won't get it.

Disliked: I didn't like that the sheets had holes and were stained, the bathtub was dirty, and there was no hair dryer, which is what Lina advertises.

A dirty rundown facility that...

Liked: The facility was dirty and rundown. There was no way I was gonna stay there. I tried to cancel and they won’t cancel it for me.
Disliked: it was a terribly dirty and rundown facility. I tried canceling and they wouldn’t cancel.
