Liked: The price and the location is good. The room appeared to be clean, until I was bitten by bed bugs.
Disliked: I did not like that I started itching through the night and woke up to bites all over my body. Also, I had completed all the early check-in online, only to arrive and have to wait for the front desk person to tell me check in isn't until 4:00 PM. I had sent the message that I would arrive approximately 11:30 PM which I ended up arriving a little earlier. He obviously didn't know what time the day ends. After FINALLY getting my reservation he stated I needed to leave a $50.00 cash deposit. I informed him that it was not on the website for a 50.00 CASH deposit and that I did not have any cash, that he could use the card. So it was a VERY stressful check-in after already checking in online with the confirmation.

DONT STAY NOT WORTH IT...

Liked: NOTHING. This property was not worth my money, this “hotel” should be consider a “motel”. Never again will I stay here. It’s not worth my time, money, and gas. I just picked this one because it was cheaper than my normal hotel I go to. But I am definitely staying with my normal hotel I stay in. This hotel is hideous. Bed sheets ripped, bed bugs, never again. I didn’t even stay at the hotel.
Disliked: What I didn’t like about this property is that the breakfast selection was not it, the room even if it’s a smoking room was not CLEANED at all. Had ripped holes on the sheets, stains on the sheets, toilet paper wasn’t stocked when we checked in, the tub looked disgusting compared to the photos, and the wooden wall was chopped up. Not only that but the least they could do is leave the door open so it doesn’t smell as much as cigarette. I didn’t like the 50$ cash deposit either in cash, it’s so unnecessary. I rather go to my Best Western in Los Alamitos.
