Liked: Honestly, there isn’t anything nice for me to say about this property. At least it’s clean on the outside.
Disliked: The parking lot needs new pavement. There is no clear direction for which way to enter or exit. Some of the parking is on an awkward slant that could be damaging if your car doesn’t have good emergency breaks. There is no elevator for accessibility to the second floor. The staff was unwelcoming and rude. When I tried to communicate ahead of time of pet accommodations there was no conversation. I left property messages through booking.com and called in multiple times; more often than not I was sent to voicemail and the mailbox was full so I couldn’t leave a message. The pre-check-in list noted “NO PETS” with a $230 fee for bringing a pet, however only a few hours before my arrival I was finally told this varies by the length of the stay. I then found bugs in the bathroom of my room with damage to the tub and another bug over the bed. I’m surprised there were no bed bugs
