The hot water situation was...

Liked: The front staff was very nice. We didn't stay for breakfast
Disliked: There was zero hot water in the shower in the morning. Barely warm....

Liked: Friendly staff,clean rooms,waffles, good price
Disliked: Hot tub and pool were too cold.especially pool. Remove equipment that not working ie pancakes, leaves bad impression. Close doors for renos same reason as equipment.

Comfortable room, other areas need...

Liked: Room was up-to-date beds and pillows were comfortable plenty of towels. in room, coffee, plentiful, and powdered creamer available at front desk.. pool was nice. Had waterslide. Looks like lots of children were having fun.
Disliked: Before booking, I had called the hotel and asked about the pool and hot tub and there was no indication to hot tub was going to be down. also, breakfast was ultra basic. very little variety. and lobby area, coffee only available during breakfast and no half-and-half in the place but plenty of powdered creamer if that’s your thing.
