Marginally acceptable

Liked: The facilities were passable.
Disliked: The breakfast was spartan at best. White bread, waffle maker, 3 cereals, apples. No granola, no dark bread, no pastries, no bananas, no hot chocolate.The facilities need work. One of our lamps was unusable because the shade kept falling off. The TV remote did not function properly.

Disappointing

Liked: Not a lot, but Madisonville was booked up for wooden boat festival
Disliked: Toilet was not attached to floor, and got blocked

Liked: Location was very convenient. Staff was friendly. The check-in and checkout process was fast and efficient.
Disliked: The room was not as clean as I thought it should be. My main complaint was at I found a roach crawling in my bed. I was lucky enough to have two beds so I slept in the other one. I think the pest problem is something that needs to be addressed asap

Liked: The big bathroom. The bed was comfy
Disliked: The people were too loud. Door kept opening on its own

Liked: The location was good. The staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast was not good. The AC unit made a noise all night long. All of the plugs didn’t work in the 2 rooms that I had reserved. The toilet was not very clean. It has some sort of sticky stuff underneath the seat.

unprofessionalism

Liked: Lady checks in before me. At somepoint she was locked out our room and made to feel very uncomfortable buy the guy who worked threw the night in the office. I didn't like that conversation when I got there!
Disliked: The guy at the desk. Not the one who checked her in, but the late shit guy that worked the last shift. His attitude, demeanor and disposition was bad and very strange towards her. And the very strange and confrontational way she was talked to was very unprofessional and even more unappreciated!!
