Disappointing overall but comfortable bed...

Liked: The staff were great; friendly and helpful. It was extremely close to the venue we were going to. There were good food options close. Randall's and Black Bear were both very good and reasonable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the best part of the room/stay.
Disliked: The room had extra furniture which made it feel crowded and the bed side lights that did not work. The sink was heavily cracked around the drain. There was a table, refrigerator, and microwave below the rack to hang your clothes so our clothes had to drape on top. The "breakfast" consisted of coffee and instant oatmeal.

Rude front desk, dirty rooms...

Liked: It’s not kept up, my room is packed with oversized furniture. Stayed 4 nights never saw housekeeping
Disliked: No pets I get that, but my dog was waiting for his sitter to come and I was charged $250. Because my shi-tzu stepped on property. There thieves. Never again. It’s not a good place to stay.

Disliked: Beds need to be replaced. Free breakfast was Instant Oatmeal and coffee. Paid $198.00 for one night

Liked: Convenience to work area
Disliked: Exterior steps were rotten, no maid service in 3 days, coffee only for 2 days, bath sink cracked and cigarette burns, only 2 lamps worked with 2 instead of 3 bulbs/very dark, tv remote only worked when 1st turned on then screen went black for 20-30 sec when trying to change channel, which usually went back to original channel. 2chairs were so dirty I wouldn’t sit in them. Waste baskets were overflowing after 3 days due to small size. Had to reuse washcloths and towels due to lack of any service. That pretty much sums up my experience.

Liked: It wasn’t a good location.
Disliked: I did not like that. They false advertised ental breakfast in the mornings because there was no breakfast served overcharged us for $200 for a dirty room with no breakfast in the morning.
