Disliked: Breakfast they didn’t have much cereal was stale, rooms dirty had to ask twice to clean both.. check in took so long and I told her she charged me twice the guy who cleaned room said it was because the bathrooms were not updated but there was hair dirt and change in rooms

Liked: I love the breakfast but I did notice that in back of the TV stand you know wasn't very clean under the refrigerator you know it could be more cleaned out vacuumed out and the rugs had a lot of stains but other than that I did have a lovely stay and I would love to be there me and my wife maybe every other weekend I did stay there this past week I think it was December 3rd and December 4th if you can send me no to the email or however you can I will give you my phone number and 361-828-8793 Lourdes ayala
Disliked: Well the by the morning I went to the front office and said I was going to stay an extra day so they put us on the top floor which I liked but I noticed that I had left my charger behind and it took about 2 hours for even the front desk worker to let me know and all the phones to the room the two phones your phone do not work at all. Need to put more towels .. and the washer and the dryer I would love to see that it is has a roof over it or inside like a little room to it because when it's cold and rainy it was very hard for us to go in and out. And I did talk to the well the worker when I open the app I caught the 100 number and she saw that it was only one day. And I did not get my deposit back. He said it will go back in my card. And then he gave me another story that they never took it out that they just say that so did he not get the $59.99 and the $50.. but other than that I love to stay so if you could please email or message me reward members coupons discounts free stays I know other hotel I think it's down the street or across from you all day to give a free free coupon when they go to IHOP thank you very much..

Not a well maintained facility.

Disliked: The pool was not clean. Appears to be abandoned. Had to go and request toilet paper and tissues. The type of room requested was not available because it hadn't been cleaned. I arrived 15 minutes after check-in time. No phone available for the front desk to contact cleaning staff. Appears to be short staffed and running on a shoe string. Will not stay there again.
