We had a good time!

Liked: The staff here are awesome! Front desk person was great, friendly and personable! The housekeeper was able to find me a coffeemaker (not in room) and she made sure we didn't need anything our entire stay. The room was okay, no problems. We didn't go to breakfast so I can't remark on that.
Disliked: The toilet leaked but wasn't bothersome. No coffee maker in room

More than expected! Great value...

Liked: The room was HUGE and super clean. The staff welcomes you with smiles and kindness. The common areas are very clean and welcoming. The entire facility is super quiet and peaceful. Very close to shopping, dining and activities. I highly recommend!

Disliked: I been staying there for a whole week and my 8th day there i paid for a reservation with a bank card and they told me i have to pay 50$ deposit when i was already told that i dont have to unless im paying in cash but they refuse to service me and it was snow storm going ok and I had kids in the car with me. As a man providing for my family, my dignity was tarnished. Me and my family had to sleep outside in the cold becthey took my money off my bank card and told me it would take 3 days to return to my card and that was the last of money I had. So I just want to know how is this going to be resolved. Because I felt offended badly. And I'm going to look into getting a lawyer because I still have a all the receipts and bank transaction.
