Horrible

Liked: Management needs to keep a decent place. I had to move rooms twice my original room lock stop working so they moved to another room only for there to be not hot water and toilet kept running and the window was leaking. When i asked for my original room back they said it was still being fixed only to find out that they just gave it to someone else. They had every excuse in the book as to why so many things were wrong. Not one apology or anything the breakfast was just a pancake machine that didn’t work all the time the stuff was untrained and could never be found if we needed something. It was gross I stayed for five days and never will be back. I just couldn’t understand why every night there was something wrong and they don’t care. I wouldn’t want my worst enemy here.

Liked: Everything was great. Staff was so friendly and kind. I left behind my dressing robe. Hope they find it.

Liked: Great location and allowed pets
Disliked: Rooms where a little run down. Air-conditioning was noisy and there was nothing but cereal for breakfast.

Liked: Location was good rooms big beds comfortable
Disliked: Room 103 it looks like It had sperm on the wall when asked for towels and the extra blanket.He bought a sheet.The room was not very clean.Had been much better in the past.Swimming pool still is not working as of like.It was six months ago was not near as happy this time
