Liked: Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good and basic.
Disliked: When checking in staff was not promptly available. Did not come to check in desk promptly at request.

Liked: Room was a nice size, looked rather new and the bed was comfy.
Disliked: The shower/tub could use strips for non-slip and a bar to facilitate stepping out of the tub. The lotion container either didn't work or was empty. Could use extra blanket.

Disliked: Lobby was a little intimidating. Felt like maybe I was in a bad part of town. Very limited dairy free options for breakfast

Liked: Front desk staff was nice. Room was clean
Disliked: Very basic motel. I was surprised we were in the right place based on the ratings, reviews and cost. No common area, front desk behind glass, dated, seemed like patrons were actually living there. My granddaughter seemed a bit afraid of it but I don’t think it was unsafe.
