Absolutely HORRIBLE

Liked: NOTHING
Disliked: Staff was very rude. The floor we were on was a non smoking floor and it smelled so much like weed I was sick with a bad headache all weekend. When we ask for extra towels (because they had given us 2 for 4 people) we were told no that we had to wait until the next day. We ask for extra toilet paper(because they gave us a half roll) we were told no at first then they finally gave us some. We went to check out and had to call someone because no one was at the front desk. It was over all a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE will NOT be staying there ever again

Liked: The lady at the front counter was nice and helpful. The price of the room was good.
Disliked: The rooms wasn't as clean as I hoped for. Carpets in the hallway definitely need shampooing. There was no breakfast set up at all for the guests.The towels in the bathroom had stains in them.

Liked: Definitely need new mattress they was awful, room needed cleaned , microwave was awful, didn’t get clean towels while there for 4 days! Was there for work but definitely won’t go back

Nasty gross rude uncaring place...

Liked: Absolutely nothing this is the nastiest place I’ve ever been inside of the rooms a gross beds are nasty floors are disgusting I can’t believe this place is on Booking.com it’s in believable the pictures on the walls hang graffiti writing all over them burns on the beds the blankets moved me to a different room still nasty supposed to be a nicer room the ceiling is literally falling on to the bed I guess someone over flowed a tub up stairs water running thru into my bathroom floor I’m soaking it up tell the front desk ask for more towels and she ask me didn’t I get towels today for one no I didn’t but water is running out the ceiling I’m need more to clean up the mess she told me she’s not housekeeping or maintenance wow really I have never seen such a horrible place the outside security doors don’t work doors don’t even shut security pass box broken taped all up this place is not safe health or physical it’s condition should be closed down
