Liked: Location was good
Disliked: There wasn’t a decent blanket on the bed, it was sheet thin and the room was cold. For it being a non-smoking room, it still smelled like smoke.

Liked: Shower had good pressure and hot water
Disliked: Pillows were to flat and the chair had a bizarre stain on the cushion. Was told on check in it was 100 bucks deposit per room for incidentals.

Disliked: Upon check-in,I was given a room on the first floor that was filthy. The first floor is designated for pet friendly rooms. Floor was sticky, bathroom area not clean. Complaining to the front desk, the room was changed to a second floor room. I believe this room was used as their display room for the website. The night manager took off the bedspread, saying that it was not part of the room, decoration purpose only, and took it with him. I was later charged for these and am still in dispute on this charge. Well, the second room was not much better. The towels for the bathrooms look used to hell, stained and worn. The pillowcase also had stains on them. I WILL NEVER EVER STAY OR RECOMMEND THIS CHAIN.

AVOID this hotel! Cockroaches!

Disliked: Terrible hotel.. dirty and run down and the room had cockroaches. We had to cancel our check-in and leave. Avoid at all costs! Now I have to fight for a refund.. Employee was apologetic but din't know how to issue a refund so now I have to fight the charge.
