Liked: The location and room seemed ok.
Disliked: The tv was not workingThe fridge was making a loud noiseThere was no blanket on the bedThe staff at check in was not very friendly and we found the person trimming foot nails at the front desk when we arrived, then she gave us our key with unwashed hands. Very disturbing.

Liked: It snowed on Sat while I was there and a very kind gentleman on your staff hurried out as I was sadly contemplating how I was going to get in my car to go to work and swept the snow off my car. This IA 10 star service and I have bragged about it to just about everyone I know. I am sorry that I didn't get his name but he is wonderful advertising for your hotel. I will definitely stay there again should the need arise
Disliked: The building is older and rather dated but it is kept clean, tidy and had a very clean bathroom. This is something a LOT of higher end hotels fail to provide. You are to be commended for how hard your staff works to keep your customers happy and returning

Liked: I didn’t get to experience the free breakfast as I was scheduled for surgery early Dec 16. The location was good not too far from where I had to be. Staff were friendly but quiet. I had no complaints with this stay. And will definitely stay again
