Liked: Clean rooms located by the bus stop (fare is only a dollar in Collinsville). They are conveniently located across from the Gateway Convention Center as well as walking distance to a steak house (Colton's), White Castle and Arby's). If you are religious and don't want to drive there is also a church that is walking distance from the hotel. The bus route (21) takes you directly pass on route to a bevy of other restaurants and stores (especially Walmart). It also goes to the bus depot in downtown if you want to a drink or eat at a couple of the authentic Italian restaurants. The only downside I experienced is that the bus only runs to 5:30 pm or so but if you drove you can still experience everything I described.

Disliked: there was no toilet paper or cleanx. the remote for the tv did not work. every time tv was turn on it had to reset and find channels that took all of ten minutes

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: There were several things I didn’t like about the hotel. The customer service was lacking, the cleanliness of the room wasn’t up to standard, and some of the amenities didn’t meet expectations. Overall, it felt like attention to detail and guest satisfaction weren’t priorities, which made the stay disappointing.

Glad it was one night

Liked: It was clean, convenient, cheaper than others in area
Disliked: Breakfast meager, no hot water, room small, no soundproofing and neighbors played loud music
