Great value property!

Liked: We enjoyed our time at the property. The staff was really helpful and kind, and went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. The property was a no-frills property, but very clean and organized. The hotel was located close to the university, with easy access to restaurants and shops. Overall, we had a wonderful stay! And - we loved the waffles in the shape of Texas!
Disliked: The free wi-fi was not great - it was very spotty and at times we could not log on. There were not a lot of choice at breakfast - coffee, tea, and juice were available, along with cereal, yogurt, and waffles. What was available was good, but a few more options, and something for individuals with allergies would have been helpful. My co-worker is allergic to dairy and gluten, so there was really no option for her during breakfast. Available dairy free milk, like almond of cocounut, along with something like fruit or oatmeal would have been helpful.

I will not recommend this...

Overall stay was okay. Could...

Liked: Property is old needs renovation. Walls in my room show signs of previous shawty repairs. AC unit kept putting out moldy air. I saw no roaches though. No bedbugs in my bed. Breakfast only cereal a few fruit coffee and waffles.
Disliked: Moldy AC smell. Breakfast mediocre. Building in need of repair. Water draining slow in face bowl and tub.
